Travelers of New Jersey direct auto repair service offers you another option - a network of conveniently located repair facilities that offer a limited lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. We'll handle the details and paperwork so you can get back on the road.

How our direct auto repair service works

• Report your auto damage claim to our toll-free claim reporting number 1-800-CLAIM33/(1-800-252-4633), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.



• A customer service representative will take all the necessary claim information to set up your claim.



• If you have not chosen a repair shop to complete the work, our customer service representative can provide you with a list of several auto repair shops within our direct auto repair service network.



• If you choose a repair shop within our network, the shop is authorized to begin repairs to your vehicle immediately.

Choosing an auto repair facility

A listing of all approved auto repair shops is available here. Your Travelers of New Jersey agent can also provide a listing of shops close to your home or office.

Warranty Information

If you choose to have your auto repairs completed by one of our approved auto repair shops, you will receive a limited lifetime warranty that covers any defects in workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. Of course, you always have the option to select your own repair facility, however, the warranty is offered only at one of our approved auto repair facilities.

If you experience a problem with a completed repair, please contact your Travelers of New Jersey claim representative for assistance. The claim representative will work with you and the shop to resolve any issue related to your loss.
