Deductible Status

Travelers of New Jersey pursues recovery of the claim amount we’ve paid on an insured’s behalf because of the fault of another party.  This process is known as subrogation. 

Travelers of New Jersey has partnered with CRAIG/is, Ltd (Craig) to handle all aspects of our subrogation recovery process.  Through this partnership, Craig will do everything possible to recover the amount that Travelers of New Jersey is entitled to and your deductible, if you paid one. 

Craig will be handling subrogation for any claim reported to our office after May 2005.  If you have a claim that occurred prior to May 2005, please continue contact your assigned subrogation claim handler.   

If you received a Notice of Subrogation Status from Craig on your claim, you may check the status of the recovery by going to www.mydeductible.com.  You will need to enter the Claim Identification number (CID), your claim number and the password provided in the subrogation notice to access the claim status information.
